Freight Traders Ltd (New Zealand) (FTL) exported various dismantled items from a renowned Steel plant in New Zealand. A proposal was submitted and after careful consideration the tender was awarded to transport and ship the plant from New Zealand site to Mexico site. The plant comprised of 7500 m3 / 1,540 metric tonnes, of breakbulk and 61 x FEU’s.
Freight Traders was selected to ship ex Door NZ a mothballed power station that was built in the 1970’s. Known as Marsden B the power station was shipped broken down into 1032 pieces, 6002 tonnes, 17,300 cubic meters.
Freight Traders has been selected by a large multinational company to oversee many of its generator & stators. This shipment comprised of one 60 tonne generator and four 40 tonne generator stators, as well as various breakbulk, airfreight and containerised parts and accessories. The shipment was delivered on time and on budget. The project included the exportation of a four stators returned to factory in Europe.
